Aim of the toolkit

This toolkit aims to provide support and inspiration for mainstreaming equal opportunities in the courses and programmes you teach.

The aim of the toolkit is to provide teachers and supervisors with:

• an introduction to norm-critical pedagogy;
• methods for developing and integrating equal opportunities in the content, implementation and design of education programmes;
• methods for shaping your teaching so that it is inclusive and accessible.

The toolkit is developed by the coordinators for equal opportunities at the central administration (Renita Sörensdotter & Kristina Ullgren) in collaboration with educational developers from the Unit for Teaching and Learning (UoL).
